We don’t fill the position, we assist with a hotter-than-hot position which will help your bottom line once it’s filled with top talent.  We will, as a TEAM effort with the hiring manager and or corporate recruiter, do the following:

Step 1

  • Write a dynamite description that tells what the person will do.  We have to sell the position but you must help definite the culture, the “branding” and other reasons to make the job appealing. Why would anyone want to leave the current job to work in this position?
  • Add the requirements, i.e. BSEE, years of experience, technical expertise.

Step 2

  • Design the phone interview guide for Career Consultations to assure you get the candidates who meet your requirements.
  • Discuss and/or design the phone interview guide for the company.
  • Discuss and/or design the interview guide for the company (it all needs to coincide).
  • Discuss companies where the candidate may be; suggest organizations which the candidate may attend.

Step 3

  • Receive phone screened candidates from Career Consultations.
  • Provide Career Consultations timely (48 hours max) feedback

Step 4

  • Phone screen candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Provide Career Consultations with feedback (48 hours max)
  • Make offer with input from Career Consultations

Step 5

  • Onboard the new hire!
